If any of these apply to you\, come join us at Blue Sky Coffee for a morning walk to get some easy exercise and community building! The first of its kind here at Blue Sky\, this event is for anyone who would love to get outside\, experience some nature\, get some steps in\, AND meet new people in a low-key\, no-pressure setting. \nHow it works: \nShow up sometime between 8:45 and 9am\, grab a drink or snack\, grab a name tag. Once folks are ready\, we’ll drive over to Wright State (you’re welcome to carpool or drive yourself)! Then we’ll walk through the Wright State University Biological Preserve trails for about an hour (or until people are ready to head back). Once we’re done\, we’ll head back to Blue Sky (feel free to get a refill)\, and then hang out for about 30 minutes to hang out before parting ways. \nExtra Info: \n\nAny fitness level is welcome!\nThis won’t be a fast-paced hike – we’re more interested in taking in nature\, connecting with the others on the hike\, and sipping our beverages.\nThe trails are mostly gravel and dirt\, so it may not be very friendly for folks in a wheelchair or for folks who are unsteady on their feet.\nIt’s okay to leave early – we’d love to have you there\, even if it’s only for part of the time! That being said\, please don’t arrive late.
